Coastal Shine started in 2022 with one van and a lot of Daly City referrals. Today it's a crew of nine covering San Francisco and the northern Peninsula. Deep cleans include the inside of the oven and fridge at no extra charge, and every job ends with a walkthrough (in person or by photo) before the team leaves.
Owner Marisol runs scheduling herself, which is why replies are quick and reschedules are painless. The team brings its own supplies and equipment; fragrance-free products are available on request.
Three quotes by 9 AM, Coastal Shine was the fastest and the most detailed. Two cleaners, four hours, and they did the inside of the fridge without me asking. Booked them biweekly after.
Previous tenants left the kitchen cabinets grim. Marisol's team wiped every shelf inside and out and sent me photos when they finished since I couldn't be there. Exactly what a move-in clean should be.
Reliable for same-day turnovers, which is rare. One visit missed restocking the coffee pods; they credited the next turn without me pushing. Would still recommend.
Quoted $160, charged $160, showed up at 9:02. The baseboards had not been touched in years and they look new. Nothing else to say, that's the whole review.
